Today’s the day!! Be sure to head over to the Reverse Confetti store to see all of the new release products in one spot.
For today’s project, I really wanted to use that little tree from Joyous Holiday – it reminds me of the aluminum trees from A Charlie Brown Christmas so I wanted to make a very colorful card.
You could approach making this card a few different ways:
- I used distress oxide inks and blended two similar colors on small scraps of paper and then cut them out.
- You could also just stamp directly onto colored cardstock scraps or
- Color the trees with your favorite coloring medium
Once the colored trees were cut out, I trimmed off their stars and pots and added white gel pen to the garland.
I then used my Misti to evenly stamp six trees and a sentiment on my card front. Then it’s so easy to attach each tree (in rainbow order, of course) using a little foam adhesive.
Here is the list for today’s blog hop:
Thanks so much for stopping by!
