MFT Magical Dragons Birthday Card – October Use My Stuff Challenge

Happy World Card Making Day and welcome back to another installment of the Use My Stuff Challenge – if you missed my last post, I’m trying to use all of my MFT products this month.

The BB Magical Dragon set from MFT is one that my daughter picked out. It may not have been one that I would have normally put in my cart but I love it! Just goes to show how fun it can be to leave your comfort zone every now and then!

For this card, I masked off a center column and used Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink along with the stencil to create a background panel. After I colored and die cut the images, I added them to the card front with foam adhesive.

The banner and sentiment are from Lawn Fawn – I thought they provided the perfect little “ground” for my images. And a purple banner seemed kind of regal, don’t you think?
