Hello friends and welcome to my first official post as part of the Newton’s Nook design team!

Today’s card features the Fetching Friendship stamp set and coordinating dies:

Newton’s Nook is known for their adorable kitty stamps but they have a great selection of dogs too! Our family has one of each so today I’m going to introduce you to our dog, Finn:

Finn knows how to celebrate a birthday for sure! The labs in the Fetching Friendship set reminded me so much of him, I had to get it.

I started this card by stamping the image from the Birthday Roundabout stamp set in red ink (red is kind of Finn’s official color!). The way I see it that is kind of the “cloud” of Finn’s imagination thinking of all the good things that go along with birthdays (especially focused on the cake).

I then colored the images with Copic markers and die cut them with the coordinating dies. The images were added to the card front with foam adhesive.

Finally, the sentiment also came from the Birthday Roundabout stamp set.
